These terms govern your access to and use of PsychDispatch. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
PsychDispatch is a documentation and correspondence platform for registered medical practitioners. It provides transcription, AI-assisted drafting of notes and letters, longitudinal patient information, and secure document delivery.
Clinical responsibility
PsychDispatch is a documentation aid, not a clinical decision-maker. The AI drafts and formats; it does not determine fitness, capacity, diagnosis, risk or any other clinical matter. The treating clinician is solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all content before it is used or sent, and for all clinical decisions.
Acceptable use
- You must hold the registrations and authority required to practise.
- You must obtain any patient consent required for recording and processing consultations.
- You must not use the service unlawfully or in a way that compromises its security or integrity.
Accounts and fees
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Fees, billing cycles and any founding-member terms will be set out at sign-up.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform. You retain ownership of the clinical content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement provided at sign-up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state or territory in which we are established.
